I have been in the catering business for 6 years and am fully qualified in:  Level 1 GNVQ and NVQ levels 1, 2 and 3. I also have a level 1 in cake decorating and sugarcraft.

I have a level 2 in food hygiene and safety and hold a basic COSHH certificate.
